Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Can I cancel my order?

You are only able to cancel orders that are not in the fulfillment stage. Once production of the product begins and once it is packed, we can no longer accept a cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to assist.

What if I receive damaged product?

We package each order by hand to make sure everything is secure and arrives safely to you as expected. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of the package being marked as delivered so we can assist.

When you contact us, please include photos of:

  • The outside of the box
  • The inner packaging
  • The damaged item
  • Any visible tears, dents, etc. on the outside of the box and packaging

Please note: if the purchase is intended as a gift, the recipient and/or buyer is still responsible for checking the package within 48-hour of it being marked as delivered. We're unable to accept claims reported after 48 hours.

When will I get my order?

Please note that each product lists an expected timeframe for shipping. These timeframes are projections, not guarantees. We are a small studio, occasionally events may force us to shift our schedules, causing slight variations in shipping times.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What are your products made out of?

We manufacture our products with the highest quality materials available, while maintaining an aesthetic appearance. Many of our products are made from PLA, a bioplastic while others are stainless steel and lab-grade borosilicate glass.

Shipping

How much will shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate for shipping regardless of location of $10.00. Purchases above $50 qualify for Free Shipping.

Do you provide worldwide shipping?

We are only able to ship domestically in the US at this time. Please keep in touch with us as we look to expand in the future.

Can I combine orders for shipping?

We cannot guarantee that orders will be combined if placed separately. It is the customer's responsibility to purchase items together if they wish to consolidate shipping costs.

Can I edit the address on my order?

Customers may request changes to the shipping address after placing their order, within a reasonable timeframe. It is still the responsibility of the customer to ensure all information is correct before checkout.

Note that contacting us to change shipping information does not guarantee the change will be made as the order may be packed or shipped before the daily inquiries are reviewed.
