The shipping time varies by location, we use 5-8 business days as a safe estimate for most domestic addressed. The projected lead time production, packaging, and shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note that these lead times are not guaranteed by are projections based on staff, material availability, and destination address. There can be unexpected delays due to high order volume, raw material supply, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding as we are a small business and we work hard to fulfill every order as quickly as possible. 

We charge a flat rate for shipping. Tracking information will be provided once the order is packaged and ship. Please contact the carrier with the tracking information if you feel it has been lost, stolen, or delayed. 

Our shipping partners and Luma Grove are not responsible for any lost or damaged items if the customer authorizes the courier to leave an order at an unattended location or third-party specified by the customer.
