Return Policy
All of our products are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. The customer is responsible for confirming that each product is in line with their needs and desire.
No refunds will be accepted under any circumstances for dissatisfaction with variations in texture, color, surface detail, or finish of our products. Our pieces are 3D printed and handled by-hand in small batches. Therefore, any subtle differences between batches such as faint layer lines, surface variations, or minor variations in color or texture are a part of their charm being made, to order, by hand, by a small business.
Damaged Items
If you received a damaged item, you must email us within 48 hours of the package being marked as delivered. Please include photo evidence of the following:
The box the order was shipped in and any outer packaging
The inner package inside the box (the packing around the items)
The damaged item(s)
Any area of the packaging where there is obvious signs of damage
We cannot accept damage claims submitted after the 48-hour window. There will be no exceptions.
We may be able to issue a refund or replacement of damaged items, depending on circumstances of damage, product availability, and if the request was within the allotted 48-hour window.
